I don't think this short film has even been translated into English yet. If anyone ever finds it in English let me know! I'd love to see it.
I know the subtitles are in Chinese too (at least I think it's Chinese) but it came that way. My bad. So you'll just have to enjoy the music and the visuals. But if you know the story of Night on the Galactic Railroad then it shouldn't be too hard to figure out what's going on. :)
