I invented the Storm Whistle when I was 14 years old. I created it so, as a seventh grader, me and my friends could play Marko Polo underwater. It worked, but then I met a girl, got into sports and shelved the idea until fifteen years later when my wife heard about it and encouraged me to develop the idea. I soon came to realize that what made it waterproof, a harmonic chamber, also made it incredibly loud.
Five million whistles later, I still make the whistle in St. Louis Missouri and is it now sold in over 80 countries. I never have done any marketing because I have been too busy raising my kids, being a dentist, a chemistry teacher and writer. Now I am ready to really push it into the big time.
