Faraz Ramji- Faraz Ramji is a co-founder and managing director at Norda Industries Limited, a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.Norda manufactures high-quality snacks distributed across the East Africa region. The firm was one of the fastest-growing and sustainable mid-sized companies in Kenya this year, according to a survey by Nation Media Group (NMG) and KPMG East Africa. Under the leadership of Ramji, the company emerged as the overall winner at the 2022 Top 100 SMEs Awards and among winners in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Categories .
2.Willy kimani-Willy Kimani is the chief commercial officer at Naivas Supermarket, one of Kenya's largest food markets offering both online and physical sales services. Kimani spearheaded the chain store expansion in 2022, to over 85 branches across the country. The retailer opened more than four more outlets in the fourth quarter of 2022 as it sought to increase its market share against upcoming chains.
