Continuing with the ED-209 Project, the latest parts are the elbow flap, and the Thigh piece I think is the best description.
I managed to cast the elbow flap as one solid piece without having to glue it together afterward using a technique I saw on How It's Made which I call enclosed casting. it probably has a proper name but I don't know what it is.
I have settled, for now, on Vacuum Forming the Thigh as its a large part and I have the machine now, though it's fairly easy to make one yourself.
