The video team at Active Minds Penn has been working to give Penn students the opportunity to share their mental health experiences on camera in a way that reflects their uniqueness as individuals. We hope that these videos will encourage others to open up and share their experiences as well. Putting faces to stories will help to make concrete the reality of mental illness and eliminate stigma as we recognize our fellow peers who have witnessed, struggled with, or still struggle with mental illness.
