Fun and easy! This is a great way to jazz up a pair of boring old corduroys to make them an edgy unique piece of your wardrobe, or make to sell, like I did for many many years.
In this diy video we will take a pair of pre-owned, high waisted, flared corduroys and create a beautiful color blocked patchwork pattern. The large geometric patches, that I use in the video, come from inexpensive thrifted cords of varying colors. I will show you how to cut open the sides of your pants to apply patches and how to close the sides back up again. I will show an easy diagram to follow to cut and sew the patchwork. This is a look that can also be done with all denim.
