After a brief stop at Yaquina Head Lighthouse, in Newport, Oregon, we head up to Vancouver, Washington, for some unexpected van maintenance. There, I have the opportunity to take our Winnebago Revel into Gifford Pinchot National Forest to do some exploring, and to stretch its legs and put the four-wheel drive system to use. Washington's backcountry delivers some amazing autumn scenery, verdant rainforests, and colorful foliage.
