Have you ever used a Churrasquiera?

It's a type of grill used in Brazil to barbecue which can be found in homes and restaurants. Are they fun to use? Not for us. Hahahah!

A grill is a grill. We get it. But the most difficult thing to use about the Churrasquiera is the lack of control the barbecuer has of the fire and smoke. To grill meat or vegetables the food has to sit on a giant rack that sits above the flames. Anytime charcoal needs to be moved around the barbecuer has to pull the entire rack out of the grill (more like a brick oven) and put it aside somewhere. SUCH A PAIN!

Just using the Churrasquiera made us miss grilling on Aregentine parrillas and American smokers.
