This park ranger was our tour guide through the buildings at Independence Hall in Philadelphia. She was a GREAT guide, and she also had a wonderful Philly accent! The sound quality is in and out (as she turns away, the sound gets much worse) but it's worth listing to for hearing a very strong Philadelphia accent from someone who is also very articulate.
