De Moulin Rouge, in deze legendarische nachtclub wordt dichter Christian verliefd op de courtisane Satine. Maar hun liefde wordt niet bepaald toegejuicht… Na de beroemde film komt de musicalversie naar Nederland. Voor het eerst samen op het podium: Keoma Aidhen en Martijn Noort met het nummer 'Your Song'!

In Musical Awards: The Kick-off presenteren de nieuwste musicalproducties zich aan het publiek, met spectaculaire liveoptredens onder muzikale begeleiding van het orkest van Maurice Luttikhuis.
