HOW TO MAKE CRAWFISH ETOUFFEE | LOUISIANA STYLE CREOLE CUISINE | bisforbawsy

Hey y’all! In this video, I’ll be showing step by step how I cook CRAWFISH ETOUFFEE! Hope you enjoy. :-)

INGREDIENTS ———
1 lb crawfish tails
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup flour
1 chopped white onion
1 chopped bell pepper
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
½ cup sliced green onion
3 sprigs of thyme
2 tbs of minced garlic
⅓ tsp garlic powder
⅓ tsp white pepper
1 bay leaf
1 cup chicken broth
boiled white or brown rice
a dash of salt and cajun seasoning here and there (to your liking)
