Newbie video compilation of adjusting the exhaust CVVT pulley 1 more tooth back without taking whole timing belt off by holding the belt tight by tying it to the intake pulley and above the water pump before loosening the tensioner.
(This, in effect, was an extra set of hands holding the belt steady while performing the 1 tooth adjustment.)
*After locking the cams (@ TDC marks on crank) and loosening the exhaust hub torx bolts, I followed the tips found on Youtube video: "Volvo CVVT hub tips" by americanvolvo to adjust my exhaust CVVT hub. (see End screen video)
Apologize for the crude editing job but maybe it will help somebody...
So far, 9 months later, no codes and no Check Engine Light! Yay!!!
