Tár is the best film I’ve seen this year, granted I’ve only seen about four, but it’s still the best. The way in which the story immerses you in more than one way is breath-taking, and without wasting a second, we are bought through the hectic life of Lydia Tár.
In today’s video, I’ll be covering everything surrounding the cinematography, looking at the equipment Florian Hoffmeister used, how he created the sharp look, as well as what makes the cinematography observant, as it’s a word that can have more than one meaning.
