When a leak appeared in their kitchen, the Browns knew they needed roofing work. They researched various companies, contractors and handymen in the area and felt Sparrow Exteriors would best serve them.

When we discovered storm damage to their roof was the cause of the leak, we met with their insurer, explained the damages and prepared a comprehensive scope of restoration. Their insurer was reluctant at first, but after reviewing our documentation they reversed course and allowed for a complete replacement.

The Browns chose to upgrade to IKO's Nordic Shingle, due to its Class 4 Impact Resistance, its High Wind Rating and the High Definition color options.

They're happy, which makes us happy.
