The first is the MIG 130. It is a 120V flux core welder that can also stick welder and run lift-start TIG. It's a promising machine for beginners or someone looking for a versatile, budget machine. I also take a look at the ARC 200. It is an optimistically rated (200 amps on 240V and 120V!) stick welder that can also do lift start TIG. So let's take a look.
