Our recipe for the ultimate smashburger is really simple but powerful on the taste buds:

- Cut the ground beef into squares without shaping or pressing it
- Cover the hot griddle top with butter
- Drop your ground beef squares on
- Drizzle some worcestishire onto the top of the squares
- Apply a liberal amount of Lowry's seasoning salt
- Smash the squares with a burger press
- Flip when the "juice" starts to show through the top
- Apply American cheese
- Stack two patties on a good bun
- DEVOUR your smashburger
