काफी सारे couples को यह प्रश्न होता है की क्या पति पत्नी का ब्लड ग्रुप एक जैसा होने पर infertility होती है क्या ?
सबसे पहले यह जानना काफी महत्वपूर्ण है प्रेगनेंसी केलिए sperm और egg , जब यह दोनों fuse हो जाते है तब प्रेगनेंसी ठहरती है। Sperm के ऊपर ब्लड ग्रुप के receptors नहीं होते है उसी हिसाब से egg पे भी ब्लड ग्रुप के receptors नहीं होते है।

ब्लड ग्रुप चार तरीकेके होते है A , B , AB और 0 इन सबमे आप A+ या A- , B+ या B- , AB+ या AB- , O+ या O- हो सकते हो। इन मेसे कोई भी antigen ना sperm पे या egg पे पाया जाता है। तो ब्लड ग्रुप एक होने से कोई फरक नहीं पड़ता है।

बस एक की समय फरक पड़ता है जब पति का ब्लड ग्रुप का Rh factor +ve और पत्नी का Rh factor -ve रहता है। इसमें प्रेग्नेंट होने में कोई दिख्खत नहीं आती है। दिख्खत प्रेगनेंसी के बादमें होती है। जब कभी भी माँ का blood group -ve होता है तब उसे Rh -ve mother कहा जाता है और ऐसे वक्त में Anti-D नामक इंजेक्शन माँ को दिया जाता है जिसे माँ और बच्चे को protection मिलता है।

यह सिर्फ प्रेग्नेंट होने के बाद की बात है पर इसका fertility पे कोई असर नहीं पड़ता। काफी पेशेंट को शादी के बाद पता चलता है की उनका ब्लड ग्रुप एक ही है जिसे वह panic हो जाते है। पर आप बिलकुल भी चिंता ना करे , blood group same होने पर आपके प्रेगनेंसी पे कोई असर नहीं पड़ता है क्योकि sperm और egg दोनों में blood group के antigents नहीं होते है |
