We all fancied a good win today but it wasn't to be. We never quite got into top gear and as a result didn't create or threaten the Fleetwood back line enough. Both teams had chances in the second half and in the end a draw probably was a fair result on the day.
What is becoming an increasingly frustrating feature of the game this year is the officials letting very physical challenges go unchecked and then giving "soft" free kicks where there isn't a decision to be made. Anyway, if we want to take that frustration out of the game we need to be sharper and faster in our play and we go again on Tuesday. Have a great Christmas Pompey fans ... PuP!
