A traditional 6/8 pipe march which I have recorded using peaceful evening photos from my local lochan (the actual lochan which inspired PM John McLellan to compose his march "Lochanside") as an experiment to see if a pipe march inspired by a major and very bloody battle can be listened to without its warlike overtones being too much to the fore, to try to emphasise the beauty of the tune.
