A political heavyweight in Singapore, Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong, looks back on his political career in his authorised biography, Tall Order: The Goh Chok Tong Story. The biography comes 14 years after Mr Goh stepped down as prime minister and recalls his childhood, early career, entry into politics and road to becoming Singapore's second prime minister in 1990. It also serves as a platform for him to put on record his interactions with Singapore’s founding Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew, whom he regarded as a father figure.
