AA Reit is one of the diversified Reits that has been constantly undervalued as compared to other Reits. Recently, they have proven doubters wrong by continuing to perform well and increasing their DPU in the process.

In this video we will analyse the reasons why their DPU has been increasing while other Reits such as Mapletree Industrial Trust are experiencing a decrease in DPU.
