A Handful of Pennies is a short film made on an ultra low budget with amazing talent both behind and in front of the camera. Shot locally in Cincinnati, the film comes from the mind of first time Writer/Producer, Michael Peake. Co-directing the film are award winning filmmakers, E. E. Charlton-Trujillo and Josh Flowers, with award winning cinematographer, Cole Pisano.

A Handful of Pennies was an official entry to the 2012 Louisville International Festival of Film. It also won grand prize at the 2013 ShortsNonStop Film Festival.
