In this video, R S flip flop using NAND gate circuit (using IC 7400) has been explained by Mr. Anil Bhandare (30 years experience in teaching) practically, so enjoy experience.
By watching this video, you will be learning about the following topics-
1. How circuit is built on the breadboard?
2. What is a R S flip flops?
3. Testing of circuit.
4. Truth table of R S flip flop using NAND gate
5. Difference between last State and race condition.
In R S flip flop, there are two inputs and two outputs. The output of each NAND gate is connected to one of the other NAND gate S (Set) and R (Reset) inputs allow us to set or reset the flip flop.
When R = 0 and S = 0 then output remains in the race condition. When R =0 and S = 1 then upper NAND gate provides a high output and lower NAND gate provides a low output. When R =1 and S = 0 then upper NAND gate provides a low output and lower NAND gate provides high output. When R =1 and S = 1 then output is last state or no change.
This video will be helpful to all the students of Vocational, Science and Technical in order to understand the practical working and truth table of R S flip flop using NAND gate (IC 7400) circuit.
