What’s the average number of offers on a home? 🏡
- Depends on the price point and pricing strategy of the seller
- Homes above $1.5 million in LA and OC tend to have between 2-4 competing offers
- Homes in the $500k-$800k range are the most competitive part of the market, yielding 10-30 offers on average

The highest we have been involved with was a single family purchase for $600k that had 42 competing offers!!! 🤯
