Yay! After a year of my debut album (8-bit Fantasy & Adventure), I finally started working on a new one.

This video is a prototype containing the first three songs from the 16-bit Journey; basically a test of concept to see if everything would go well. :P

At the moment, I have no intention of generating a hardware compatible .spc file (I'll probably change my mind in the future :p) Basically, the idea was to use the sound and limitations of the SNES (8-channels; the typical delay effect of the console; the limitations of the samples etc) as a guide to the concept of the album as a whole.


All the arrangements was written in OpenMPT.
