*Squats+Backwards Lunges - 10 Reps Each Side
*Russian Deadlifts (RDLs) - 12 Reps
*Alternating Dumbell Rows - 12 Reps Each Side
*Curl Press - 10 Reps
*Knee Raises w/ Offset Weights - 10 Reps Each Side
*Wood Choppers - 10 Reps Each Side
(30 Second rest in between each exercise)
