A quick review of the Anker 535 PowerHouse LiFePo4 512Wh battery. Although this contains the current preferred cell type, it seems to be a step down in quality and is simply not the best buy out there today.

I recommend watching this before you buy, so you're aware of these issues. I'm sure, as always, there are many people out there that love this product. There's a lot of voluntary bias here because I feel really let down by the quality of the Anker 535. I was expecting so much better for £600.

When I put the Anker next to my EcoFlow product, this feels like cheap, mass-produced junk.

I'll list the problems here if you don't feel like watching the video.

1. Faulty DC 12V car socket
2. Removal of 5521 sockets.
3. Only 1 x USB-C and only 60W.
4. Max 120W input (slow to charge).
5. Cheap mains inverter fan (sounds faulty).
6. Weak mains sockets.
7. Poor overall build quality (cheap plastic feel).
8. Faulty DC charging input.
9. Light on the front (blinding when looking for sockets).
10. Light now only has 1 brightness level.
11. Removal of the torch from the side.
