i've seen so many people talk like deltarune chapter 2 confirmed that kris is the knight even though that just isn't true and it's been bugging me so i had to say something. there's just too much evidence pointing to it being Gaster for me to ignore, like watch literally any theory video from before chapter 2 came out and they will list a bunch of reasons why Gaster is probably the Knight. the only evidence for Kris being the Knight is that he creates a dark fountain, but Queen literally tells us that ANY lightner, not just the Knight, can do that. thank you for coming to my ted talk
