I made the last minute decision to go explore a mountain range that I've only ever seen and heard stories about. I went into this knowing two things. The first being that these lakes had last been stocked by miners in the 1930s and that much of this wilderness was untouched. This was enough for me to want to go explore the Crazy Mountains!
