And this is why there needs to be a change. Fraudulent charge backs have literally ruined some small businesses and some of the platforms that profit off of them do nothing to help. I'm still fighting for this and if anyone has any tips please feel free to point me in the right direction. Maybe I'll get lucky and someone will actually call me back 🤷‍♀️ or maybe, like with this whole situation, they'll somehow lose everything I went through today and make me start over from square one in this wild goose chase.

I know this is a long video but it helped to get it off my chest a bit. Thank you for listening ♥️

Moral of the story, please do not file a charge back against small businesses without a proper reason.
