The mid-afternoon of November 27th, 2023 was cold and overcast at the observation deck in Jasper Pulaski Fish And Wildlife Area. Luckily, the sun broke through the clouds, creating a beautiful backdrop as wave after wave of sandhill cranes flew by.

I only brought a 200-600mm camera lens with me mainly for photography, which made it difficult to capture the action all around me in this video due to the narrow field of view.
