Even though this is a no-GC test, I would actually encourage running Glass Cannon since Sandy has iframes on his Y.

Rotation:
Talviyo to get gauge
Change form
Spam guard-cancelled Lightstep
Use his wind skill and Link Attack when they are up
Combo finisher and No Way Out at the end

Guard cancel seems to work best on a rhythm, rather than blindly spamming. In a real fight, I would probably spam though lol.
