Learn about AT&T Virtual Private Network Service Orders | AT&T Business Center

In this short video, you'll learn about the types of AVPN service orders available in Business Center and where to access helpful information. You can place an AT&T Virtual Private Network or VPN order for certain order types in Business Center. You can add orders for self-managed or transport AT&T VPN service or for an AT&T VPN that is managed by AT&T. Business Center support certain US transport orders on circuits up to 10 gigabytes outside of the US. And for managed circuits, orders are supported for up to 1 gigabyte. Many US transport orders are automated and can be completed in near real time. Managed orders use partial automation and completion intervals vary by order type. Depending on your order, you may be able to select a specific time and date. Start on the main dashboard, click on Help Menu. Click on Orders, choose AT&T Virtual Private Network Service. In this example, we will check the transport order types. Select the order type you want to place to get the step-by-step instructions. To see a complete list of available orders, choose AT&T VPN Transport order types. For AT&T VPN managed service order types, choose Managed from the previous menu. Select the order type you want to place to get the step-by-step instructions. To see a complete list of available orders, choose AT&T VPN Managed Service Order Types.
