EASY SOUTHERN STYLE SMOTHERED CHICKEN NO FRYING NECESSARY OVEN BAKED

INGREDIENTS
5.36lbs of chicken Drum sticks
1/2 cup of lemon/lime juice
1/2 cup of white distilled vinegar
1 or 2 fresh limes
5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoons of onion powder
1 tablespoons of Badia complete seasoning
1 tablespoons of Tony’s creole seasoning
1 tablespoons of Larry’s seasoning salt
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 32oz of chicken broth
2 large onions (cup up)
1/2 of a bell pepper (cup up)
Smoked paprika
2 tablespoons of salted butter
1 teaspoon of black pepper (more or less)

Preheat your oven to 350°
Clean chicken as seen in the video removing feathers and the yellow part.

STEP TWO
Clean chicken using lime vinegar and limes as seen in the video

STEP THREE

Put the chicken into a aluminum tray pat the chicken dry using a paper towel after that
Season chicken with 5 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder,onion powder, Badia complete seasoning, and tony’s creole seasoning, and Larry’s seasoning salt mix everything very well into the chicken. Next add 1 cup of all purpose flour into the chicken and mix well as seen in the video. Sprinkle some peprika on top of the chicken Pour in the chicken broth and add one of the onions.

STEP FOUR
Cover the aluminum tray with with a lid or aluminum foil put the chicken in the oven middle rack at 350° for one hour (60 minutes). After one hour remove chicken from oven uncover the chicken add the other onion, Belle peppers,salted butter, and black pepper put the chicken back in the oven at 350° middle rack uncovered for 30/45 minutes

STEP FIVE
Remove the chicken from the oven and pour gravy from the bottom of the pan on top of the chicken
