No Bridge and Saddle
Twisted Neck
Separating Back and sides
Black glue on the sides that can't be removed
CrackS on the body

Solution:
Fabricate new bridge and saddle
Repair neck
Fret board level and install new frets
Reglue of the body
Sanding of the discolation and recoat
