The Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) is a primary energetic center, located in the lower abdomen. It governs our sense of creativity, sexuality, and emotions.

When our Sacral is balanced, we can experience:
Harmonious relationships, flowing creativity, deep passion, and our own nurturing abilities.

When our Sacral is overactive, we may experience:
Aggression, becoming overindulgent in food or sex, jealousy, envy, or a manipulative or possessive nature.

When our Sacral is under-active, we may experience:
Anger, frustration, resentment, sexual difficulties (lack of desire), confusion, purposelessness, the inability to open up in relationships, or feelings of guilt.

The goal of this meditation is to help return you to energetic balance, regarding your Sacral. The meditation only requires 15 minutes of your day, and incorporates my intentional, 10-point process to reconnect you with the pure energy of the Sacral chakra:
