SAMBAL DADAK A SIMPLE SPICY FRESH CHILI SAUCE SUNDANESE STYLE

This is a simple recipe for a quick sambal with fresh vegetables, which pairs perfectly with fried chicken or fish.

Ingredients
9 Red Cayenne Pepper
6 Cherry Tomatoes
2 red onions
2 small cloves of Garlic
1/2 tsp Java Sugar
salt to taste
to taste Chicken Broth / Micin
1 tbsp Terasi
1 piece Lime

Step..
Prepare all the ingredients you need, boil the vegetables you like with a little salt, such as kale, spinach, bean sprouts or mustard greens, long beans or other vegetables. Also prepare the side dishes that you like such as fried dry Salted Fish ,fried Tempe, Tofu, Fried Chicken or Fried Fish.

Grind all the Sambal Ingredients until smooth or until you get the texture you like, rough for example then pour it with Lime to make it more fragrant, then stir with your favorite Vegetables, serve with warm Rice and your favorite side dish, good luck and Happy cooking.
