ingredients

200g Tamarind (or less, to your taste)
Chillies - I used 5 fingers but you can you less or more to your taste.
200g Fresh Ginger or less to your taste
1tbsp black peppercorns
1/2 tsp ground cloves
Enough Water to dilute
Sugar or any sweetener of your choice
