250g Purefoods tender juicy hotdogs (regular or cocktail), sliced 1/2” diagonally
2 pcs. medium onions, chopped
1 head garlic, small, minced
3 tbsps. patis
1 pc. Knorr chicken cube
2 pcs. small potatoes, cut into wedges
1 pc. small carrot, cut into wedges
1 can (370ml) evaporated milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 pc. medium red bell pepper, pitted and chopped
1 pc. medium green bell pepper, pitted and chopped
