In this video, I am showing my trip to Aomori Prefecture during NEBUTA Festival, which take place every 2nd to 8th of August. This Nebuta festival is very famous among the Japanese, but very little known outside of Japan. It is so famous and loved, it is impossible to find hotels during this season.

In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.
