Recipe (Makes 8 buns):

- 1 cup (250 ml /250g) milk, warmed
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. active dry yeast
- 1 lb 1 oz (485 g) flour type "0"
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk (medium-sized)
- 1 1/2 oz (44 g) Butter, room temp. slightly softened
- Egg Wash: 1 Egg + 2 tbsp. Milk
