This short prayer is very, very mustahab to be practiced by pregnant women and mothers who have not been given offspring.
This is the prayer of Prophet Ibrahim to ask for pious offspring.

The following is the Arabic writing of the prayer of robbi habli minassholihin and its meaning that you can know.

لِى لصَّٰلِحِينَ

Robbi hab lī minaṣ-ṣāliḥīn

It means, "My Lord, bestow upon me (a child) who is among the pious." (Surah As Saffat: 100)

You can read this prayer anytime and anywhere. However, it is recommended to read it at times that are efficacious, such as in the third of the night or after performing the obligatory prayers.
