Today, we're venturing to a place unlike any other in Europe - Gibraltar, home to the one and only wild monkey population on the entire continent: the Barbary macaques! These cheeky fellas, also known as Apes' Den residents (cue monkey puns!), are actually an endangered species. But unlike their wild cousins in North Africa whose numbers are dwindling, the Barbary macaques here in Gibraltar are thriving. There are around 300 of them, living in social groups called troops. These monkeys are celebrities here. They're a major tourist attraction
