【10Min Bento】Fried cheese chicken Bento~No kitchen knife or cutting board needed!


Ingredients (for one person)

Tube type ginger and garlic are OK


❶ Fried cheese chicken


1 chicken breast strips (60-70g)
Bread crumbs 1.5 tbsp ~
2 tablespoons of salad oil


Egg liquid 1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon flour
Water 1/2 teaspoon

Worcestershire-style sauce 1 tsp
Ketchup 1/2 teaspoon ~


* For chicken breast strips, if you cut only the thick streaks, you do not need to remove the thin streaks buried in the inside.

* Hold the chicken breast strips so that the flat surface is at "height", and open it with a cut in the center. It feels like a butterfly flapping its wings (´ ・ ω ・ `)? 💡

Ginger
2 times concentrated-Mentsuyu (Mentsuyu → Japanese noodle dipping sauce) 1 teaspoon
Mirin 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon of water




❸ Egg green onion purse

1 egg
Japanese leek 20 slices (10 round trips)
fried tofu 1/2 sheet
Pasta (preferably early boiled 3 minutes type) about 5 cm
2 times concentrated-Mentsuyu (Mentsuyu → Japanese noodle dipping sauce) 1/2 tablespoon
Water 1 tbsp

* If the pasta is a normal type, it will leave a little core after heating. It may be better to soak it in water for a while before heating.

* Fried tofu can be easily opened by rolling it with chopsticks. Normally, it rolls on a cutting board (´ ・ ω ・ `)
