The EASIEST leather craft project?! No SEW Beginner leather craft project that sells! This leather craft project is easy for beginners or seasoned leather crafts alike. This sunglass strap is a very handsome version of the classic Croakies.  @reedyrivergoods  walks you through the start to finish of this beginner, easy leather project that has a very sturdy feel for a great end product.
The sunglass strap supplies are from one of my most used suppliers who started carrying a nice solid rubber casing to hold the sunglasses and also the rivets to secure the Horween leather.
The Horween leather is cut to about 15 inches at 1.5cm width. The taper has to come to 1cm for the ends to slide into the rubber adapter. The holes were prepunched through the leather after measuring. I used about a half inch to place into the rubber adapter and then marked the hole for rivet. The rubber adapter has the prepared holes to easily apply the solid brass rivets.
This project took about 10-15 minutes to complete. This project uses relatively small amounts of supplies and can sell for a nice profit as there isnt any stitching or hand sewing to take up that precious time.
