I modified the Milwaukee packout wheel cart so that the wheels were on the outside. This gave me more stability which is what I and many others were after. If you haven't seen my last video on the comparison between the trolley and the packout roller, then start there.

The axle is 16mm and I cut it to 633mm to fit.
