From pre-season scouting, to setting up treestands in high traffic areas, to climbing into the stand opening morning, this blacktail season saw a lot of deer and a handful of big bucks. Orin's opening weekend success on a great buck set the stage for what would turn out to be one of our best late archery blacktail seasons yet. We were able to capture some awesome blacktail buck activity over the course of the season. Kody and Wyatt had minimal days to sit in the stand and took advantage of their opportunities during the second weekend of the season, both filling their tags on big blacktail bucks. While this season had it's challenges and rough patches, we were beyond blessed to have had the success we had. It only gets us excited for Oregon's late archery blacktail season next year.
