In this video, I outline everything you need to know, and what you can expect if you decide to build a home with a Design Center Builder, such as Richmond American, Toll Brothers, Taylor Morrison, McStain, Boulder Creek Builders, SLC Homes, KB, etc.

This is first episode of my 3 part series that compares the 3 predominant business models that modern tract home builders are operating under, Design Center Builders, Package Builders, and Everything's Included builders. Design Center builders sit at the high-end of the builder spectrum, and tend to offer the most customizable tract home money can buy. Tract home builders operating on the Design Center business model, tend to approach the level of customization typically associated with a semi-custom builder, but without the complexity of a the construction loan financing typically required by smaller semi-custom builders.
