Tamil Nadu Governor R.N. Ravi yesterday said that Secularism is not a Bhartiya concept, it's European. He also added,'Secularism is a European concept, let it be there, let them be happy.Bharat, there is no need.And so, secularism was not brought in our constitutionat the time when the constitution was made.'
