The landscape of the industry is constantly changing and it's important for us to stay adaptable and open to new opportunities 💪

I also want to take a moment to express my sympathy for anyone who was affected by this difficult news. Losing your job is never easy, especially in a competitive industry like tech. To be clear, most of these layoffs were not performance-based, it was a result of restructuring, which can be out of many people's control.
